LEADERSHIP

The Vision Shared Board of Directors come from different regions of West Virginia and represent almost every sector of the state’s economy, from business and labor to academia and the non-profit world. Vision Shared operations are managed by a president/chief executive officer who, in coordination with a support services provider, ensures that all aspects of Vision Shared’s administration and activities adhere to federal and state regulations and the highest standards of operation.

Rebecca McPhail Randolph is the President/CEO of Vision Shared.  Prior to Vision Shared Randolph served as the Assistant Vice President for Development at Marshall University, located in Huntington, W.Va.

Prior to working for Marshall, Randolph was Director of Development at the University of Charleston in Charleston, West Virginia. Before returning to West Virginia in 2003, Randolph served as Grant Development and Research Manager and Interim Director of Development for the YMCA of Greater Cleveland in Cleveland, Ohio. She has also worked for non-profit health care organizations in both West Virginia and Ohio and as a development consultant in northeast Ohio.

Randolph earned her bachelor's degree from the West Virginia Institute of Technology. She and her family reside in Huntington.
