LEADERSHIP

The Vision Shared Board of Directors come from different regions of West Virginia and represent almost every sector of the state’s economy, from business and labor to academia and the non-profit world. Vision Shared operations are managed by a president/chief executive officer who, in coordination with a support services provider, ensures that all aspects of Vision Shared’s administration and activities adhere to federal and state regulations and the highest standards of operation.

Timothy McKeen is employed as an attorney in the Wheeling office of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, where he focuses his practice in the areas of energy and mineral law (coal, oil and gas), and real estate transactions. Mr. McKeen is licensed to practice law in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania and regularly assists clients with oil and gas acquisitions and title work. He joined Steptoe & Johnson in 2006.  He is a member of the Ohio County Bar Association. His academic achievements include: Undergraduate summa cum laude, Wheeling Jesuit University and Graduate cum laude, Washington & Lee University School of Law.

Tim is the immediate past Treasurer of the Generation WV Board of Directors and currently President of OVConnect, the young talent group of Wheeling, WV.  He is an active community leader presently serving as Vice-President of the Wheeling Rotary Club, a board member on both the Regional Economic Development Partnership and Elmhurst.  Tim also is trustee for the First Christian Church of Martins Ferry.
