LEADERSHIP

The Vision Shared Board of Directors come from different regions of West Virginia and represent almost every sector of the state’s economy, from business and labor to academia and the non-profit world. Vision Shared operations are managed by a president/chief executive officer who, in coordination with a support services provider, ensures that all aspects of Vision Shared’s administration and activities adhere to federal and state regulations and the highest standards of operation.

Juliet A. Terry

President Juliet A. Terry

As president, Terry is the chief executive officer at Vision Shared. She oversees all operations, board development, project management and fundraising. She also directs the group’s legislative and policy development work and community outreach.

Prior to becoming president of Vision Shared Inc., Terry was a nationally award-winning investigative journalist in West Virginia. She started her journalism career at the Wheeling News-Register and The Intelligencer in her hometown of Wheeling, then later moved to Charleston to focus on government and legal affairs at The State Journal and the West Virginia Media family of television stations.

Terry earned Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in biology from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pa., and a Master of Legal Studies degree from West Virginia University. She lives in Charleston.
