LEADERSHIP

The Vision Shared Board of Directors come from different regions of West Virginia and represent almost every sector of the state’s economy, from business and labor to academia and the non-profit world. Vision Shared operations are managed by a president/chief executive officer who, in coordination with a support services provider, ensures that all aspects of Vision Shared’s administration and activities adhere to federal and state regulations and the highest standards of operation.

J.H. Mahaney is a partner at Huddleston Bolen, LLC with extensive trial and appellate experience in commercial and tort litigation. Mr. Mahaney has represented transportation companies, energy companies, mineral owners, resorts, commercial real estate developers and other commercial clients in class actions, mass tort matters, catastrophic tort claims, commercial and complex litigation, business litigation, construction litigation, professional liability claims and employment law claims. He has handled legal matters for clients in state and federal courts in West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio and North Carolina, with an outstanding record of success in some of the region’s most difficult trial venues.

Mahaney graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bethany College, with a B. A. Politics and Public Policy.  He received his J.D. from the Washington and Lee University School of Law, also graduating Magna Cum Laude, Order of the Coif.
